What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 12 p.m.
Do you allow smoking on property or in the rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell is a pet-friendly hotel. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax for every 7 days your pet is staying at the hotel. Maximum two pets per room. Weight limit – 40lbs.
How do I get to the hotel? What are your cross streets?
Novotel Miami Brickell is located on the corner of SW 1st Ave and SW 15th Rd. Please click here for directions.
Do you have early departure fee?
Yes, early departure fee is one night penalty.
Do you have a late check out? Is there a fee?
Late check-out fees are as follows:
12 pm to 2 pm: 50% off daily rate
2 pm and later: Full day rate
Is my I.D. required at check-in?
Valid US government issued photo ID or Passport is required for check in.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell has a beautiful fitness center equipped with cardio machines and free weights.
How much do you charge for WiFi access?
WiFi is complimentary for all guests.
Do you have a business center?
Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell has a self-service business center.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell has a rooftop pool with sofas, lounge seating and a Vista bar.
Do you have onsite parking? Valet?
Novotel Miami Brickell offers self-parking.

Room Service is available daily.

Sun-Wed: 11am to 10pm
Thur-Sat: 11am to 11pm
Do you accept package deliveries?
Package handling is available.
Guests are entitled to receive and store a maximum of 20 packages during their stay.
Packages 0-15 lbs: $5.00; Packages 15-25 lbs: $10.00; Packages 25+ lbs: $25.00
Should the number of packages surpass 20, there will be a $5.00 surcharge per package.
Please be advised that we assume no liability for any unclaimed packages following a guest’s departure.

Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell offers connecting rooms.
Do you have roll away beds? Is there a charge?
Roll away beds can be requested for King rooms only for $25 a day, based on availability.
What is the minimum age requirement for check-in?
The minimum age is 21 years old.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, Novotel Miami Brickell offers accessible rooms.
Is there a cancellation/ deposit fee?
Yes, it is one night with room and tax if canceled after 3 PM EST 1 day prior to scheduled arrival date.
Can I check-in with my debit card?
Valid credit cards are required upon check in. No prepaid or debit cards will be accepted.

What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards are accepted upon check in. No cash deposits will be accepted for incidentals, only credit cards.
