For a limited time, Novotel Miami Brickell welcomes NUB, the Michelin starred restaurant from Tenerife led by Chefs Andrea Bernardi and Fernanda Fuentes Cárdenas. This exclusive residency brings their signature tasting journey to Miami, blending Latin American, Italian, and Canary Island influences into a refined, contemporary culinary experience.

Hosted at UVA, guests will enjoy a multi course tasting menu thoughtfully crafted to celebrate technique, storytelling, and seasonality. With limited seating each evening, the NUB pop up offers an intimate and unforgettable dining moment available only during this special collaboration.
